Worked for WWF (23 years) in the Wadden Sea, the Arctic and worldwide, in particular for protected areas, and later for GRID-Arendal supporting UNEP. Founded and developed Linking Tourism & Conservation (LT&C) and the conservation company VISION 52 (www.vision52.info). As marine biologist I specialised on Arctic shorebirds and geese.
